Choose where the preset should go
SSS Studio
Apply a preset to Whole Home or one Room. It stays in a Private Draft until you publish.
Classic Backup
Choose Profile Style Preset there only when you want to change the public Whole Home right away.
What a preset can change
- Gives the design a coordinated starting direction.
- Can affect the background, colors, text, cards, borders, and accents.
- Does not lock anything. You can change every setting afterward.
- Can be used for Whole Home or one Room in Studio.
This picture shows the older Classic Backup preset box. Studio may show its preset choices in a different layout.
Recommended order
- Choose Whole Home or the Room you want to change.
- Open Studio Editor and select a preset.
- Wait for the Private Draft to save.
- Set the background and overlay so words are easy to read.
- Adjust colors and text.
- Add effects only after the basic design works.
- Preview on desktop and phone.
- Publish the correct destination.
Preset choices in Classic Backup
Easy to read
Dark, Minimalist, and Minimal Clean.
Bold
CyberPunk, Neon, Neon Night, and Matrix.
Light and soft
Light, Soft Pastel, and Candy.
Nostalgic or atmospheric
Retro, Retro MySpace, Cyber Glass, and Forest.
Whole Home and Room presets
Whole Home
Creates the shared starting style for Rooms that follow Whole Home.
One Room
Gives one Room a different mood without changing every Room.
Publish one Room
Select only that Room before publishing.
Publish several Rooms
Select several only when they should all receive the same design.
How later changes work
- A preset fills in a group of matching design choices.
- Later background, color, text, widget, navigation, effect, Layout, and CSS changes can replace parts of it.
- A Room can follow most of Whole Home while changing only a few things.
- When Whole Home changes, any settings still shared by the Room can update too.
- Old manual choices can remain after you select a new preset.
What “None” means
- None removes the selected preset choice.
- It does not erase every background, color, font, effect, sticker, Layout, or CSS setting.
- A Room can still look customized because its other choices remain.
- Reset one section at a time when you want a cleaner design.

Remove only the preset
Choose None, save, and see which manual choices remain.
Clean up Whole Home
Reset Background, Colors, Typography, Effects, Layout, and Code one section at a time.
Return one Room
Choose Use Whole Home for that Room.

Common fixes
The preset seems to do nothing
Old individual settings or CSS may be covering parts of it.
The design looks wrong
The background, overlay, text, or card transparency may clash with the preset.
Desktop and phone differ
Check phone Fit, Focus, text size, card width, and effect strength.
Preview changed but public did not
The preset is still in a Private Draft. Publish the correct destination.
Every Room changed
Whole Home changed, so Rooms that follow it changed too.
Only one Room changed
That Room was selected or was a publish destination.
None did not remove the look
Other settings, Layout, stickers, effects, or CSS remain.
A new preset clashes with the old design
Reset the most likely section or try the preset in a cleaner Room Private Draft.
